Natural Hair

This page showcase my Natural Hair journey. I don’t blog about my hair because I feel that I don’t really have anything new to say, everything I know I’ve learned from a fellow blogger or youtuber. My hair routine is pretty simple, it hasn’t change much so I don’t have much to blog about hair. However I’ve been getting a lot of questions about my hair I decide I’ll create a static destination for my hair.

I’ll update on a need-to basis.
For starters I’ll answer some of your questions.
How long Have you been Natural?

May 7th 2013 will mark my 2 years anniversary

Why did you go Natural?

the short answer is: I got bored!
I was one of those late bloomer who didn’t get a relaxer until college, but a week after my first relaxer I began to regret my decision. I would stretch my relaxer for months at time so I can achieve big hair. I was hoping there would be a tric that could revert my hair, but it never happen. After I had my daughters I began having curl envy on their pretty locks and wanted to teach them about their hair also so I began researching it for real and I learn there’s no way to revert the relaxer effect I’d have to cut it. So I did!
What product do you use?
I experiment with a lot with kitchen stuff, I love oils! I have about every oils you can think of EVOO, Jojoba, castor, grape seed, sweet almond, glycerin… so I normally just buy cheap conditioners and enhance them with oils.

I grow aloe vera, so I use that a lot too. As fas as shampoo I use thet Wen knock off they sell at sallys.
