How to watch the Olympics when you don't have cable #rio2016

By August 04, 2016 , , , , , ,

Five years ago I was cutting down on everything, along with a bunch of other things I also I cut my cable.

It has been the best decision I ever made. I got myself a Roku and Netflix and I haven't cared about live TV in quite some time. Except when something cool is happening!

Something like the Olympics! This where the Mohu leaf comes and saves the day.

Mohu Leaf  50 TV Antenna, Indoor, Amplified, 50 Mile Range, Original Paper-thin, Reversible, Paintable, 4K-Ready HDTV, 16 Foot Detachable Cable, Premium Materials for Performance, USA Made, MH-110584

I get about 57 channels in crisp HD including all the local channel which mean I get to have NBC to watch all the fun Olympic game.

The Mohu leaf is super conspicuous, I have mine hidden behind some pictures on the wall, it's not completely invisible but not hideous like an old bunny ears antenna.

You can get a Mohu leaf  as low as $40 on amazon and get it by Friday if you have prime.
If you don't you can still get Amazon Prime 30-Day Free Trial

Now don't ever say I never get you anything. :-)
