Easy Slow Cooker Crockpot Pulled Chicken Lunch wrap recipe

I pack lunch for my girls every day. Every. single. day. They say school lunches are gross. I have to send them to school with a fully packed for their long days and they don’t eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, or the same thing two days in a row!

No ma’am!

I have to keep re-inventing our lunches to keep them fresh and new. Here enter the story of this slow cooker chicken wrap.

I normally make this wrap with regular lunch meat, but I ran out, I’m trying to wean us off lunch meats.

Last night before I head to bed, I decide to throw these chicken breast in the crockpot.

This recipe is really a one step deal.

I use one chicken bouillon cube, Lawry’s salt, lemon pepper, garlic seasoning, and a sprinkle of paprika.

Sounds like a lot but hey, I’m Haitian… I always over season stuff. You can use your own seasoning to match your taste.

I added very little water and set the crockpot to high for 6 hours.

When I woke up, my chicken was nice and ready. I simply shredded it with a fork and line up the tortilla wrap, add salads.

Et Voila!

It was a hit, they ate it all up!

It can be a bit cumbersome, especially waking up early is NOT my cup of tea, however, I’m glad I know exactly what they’re putting in their body every day.
