Poached Eggs, Spinach and cranberry

I always thought poached eggs were some really complicated dish that would never attempt. and when I saw pictures or runny eggs I said no sir! I've read so many recipes and how people raves about them so I decide to give it a try for myself!

Boy was I wrong! it was so easy to make and tasted delicious!

All these cooking lingo had me thinking it was complicated, but I just boiled my water and crack 2 eggs in it! easy peasy!

I sprinkled the eggs with salt, pepper, and bit of paprika, added a side of spinach and a some cranberry.

It was so so so good!
