Read Psalm 27:10.
God promises if your mother or father forsakes you, He will remain. The word of God advise to depend on no one, but stand and lean on God alone. Not your parents, your spouse, children, but only God. “It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man” (Psalm 118:8 KJV).
Let them go
Throughout life, we may lose a loved one or a relationship may come to a sudden end, and we may find ourselves stuck in the moment. If you have been dependent on someone or grieving the loss of a loved one, ask God to see you through. Be determined, no matter what, that you will depend on God during this difficult period in your life. Know your tears are only temporary and there will be a time when you will not have to cry anymore.
Read 2 Corinthians 4:17.
It is not God's desire for you to remain in your past. He desires for you (us) to remove anything holding you back from following and trusting Him.
For this reason Luke 9:59-60 states, “Follow me!” He also states, “Let the dead bury the dead.”
Live again
Sometimes, when we lose a loved one, there is a part of us that dies too. But, begin to ask God to bring this part of your life back.
Let go of your tears. God wants to replace them with joy. Let go of the very moment when you lost your loved one, and leave the past in the past. Know God is doing a new thing in your life. Rejoice now! He is taking everything in your past and turning around for your good.
Read Romans 8:28.
Ask God today to remove any dependence on people or merely living in the past. Ask God to remove this dependence and fill it with His presence. Remember, God is always there for you!
Begin to trust Him and Him alone. I pray you receive this and pray God will do a new thing for you.
Do you really believe He can?

I believe GOD can do anything and I believe He answers prayers in His own time and His own way. :)
