Hola Chicas!
Happy ThanksGiving! It's my favorite time of the year. Once November roll around the holidays are officially started for me and that makes me giddy happy!
I figure you probably already have your turkey ready to go, one thing for sure there's gonna be tons of it left. What do you do with it? beside the turkey sandwish, turkey salad...
I bring you the turkey fajitas! ding ding ding!
So How do you do it? it's super easy and doesn't take long. You do need a fajita machine or you can get creative with a skillet.
Starts with melted butter and the mushrooms throw a little salt and pepper
[caption id="attachment_535" align="aligncenter" width="640"] that mushroom umh uhm[/caption]
When the mushroom is to you liking, add the chopped turkey or chicken
[caption id="attachment_536" align="aligncenter" width="640"] adding the already cooked copped meat[/caption]
I added a little bit of medium salsa (I was too lazy to chopped tomatoes), not too much you dont want a soggy fajita.
[caption id="attachment_537" align="aligncenter" width="640"] That medium salsa is everything[/caption]
Throw a large flower tortilla on the fajita machine thingy and dump the goodness on there.
[caption id="attachment_538" align="aligncenter" width="640"] it's coming together[/caption]
Cover with cheese if you like
[caption id="attachment_539" align="aligncenter" width="640"] oh la la la Cheese[/caption]
Cover everything with another flower tortilla and cover up
[caption id="attachment_540" align="aligncenter" width="640"] Cover the goodies[/caption]
Wait 10 minutes and devourer[caption id="attachment_541" align="aligncenter" width="640"] Watch it disappear[/caption]
Hope you guys try this on Friday with the left over turkey!
Have fun tomorrow, remember to be thankful!
