It's Dr Seuss Birthday and I'm not making green eggs - But I really want to
The days where I vicariously live through my kids tender age is over!
Today I didn't get to dress them up in matching outfit as thing 1 and thing 2, they didn't ask for Green Eggs and Ham for breakfast.
My baby didn't carry a stack of Dr Seuss book to school with her, and I didn't have to fight her to only take one cat and hat book.
I didn't have a standing argument with my daughter as to why I won't read Horton Hears a WHO five times.
I didn't hear her whine and saying: " You read Green Eggs and Ham five times for her why not me?"
It's a sad day!
My kids are growing up and the things they once cry and beg for is now a memory.
I'm grateful for Kiwi Crate 50% sale, I can still get them to celebrate with me through project play. Because mama will not go down without a fight!
“And will you succeed? Yes indeed, yes indeed! Ninety-eight and three-quarters percent guaranteed!”-Dr. Seuss
No matter how big they grow they will still be my cutie pie thing 1 and thing 2.
What are you doing with your little ones to celebrate?
